We’re looking for businesses and organizations ready to create memorable race-day experiences. Offer samples, host an activity, showcase your work or bring something completely unexpected. Just come prepared to have fun.

A TURNKEY SPACE
We provide the tent, table, and chairs for a polished, consistent setup. Electricity will also be available in 2027.
ROOM TO GET CREATIVE
Offer samples, lead an activity, demonstrate a product or sell directly to participants with advance approval. The best booths give people a reason to stop, participate and have fun.
YOUR FESTIVAL SPACE
We make race-morning setup easier by providing the essential booth equipment for a polished, consistent festival experience.
STANDARD VENDOR SPACE
Most vendors receive a 10 × 10-foot space. A limited number of 10 × 20-foot spaces may also be available for larger activations.

VENDOR FEES
Participation fees are determined individually based on booth size and activation needs. These fees help cover the equipment provided with each space.
Festival space included through a Columbus 10K sponsorship agreement is handled separately.
PLAN YOUR RACE MORNING
Festival vendors should be ready to welcome participants from their arrival through the end of the finish-line celebration.
EVENT-DAY SCHEDULE
5:00 - 6:30 AM
Vendor setup
6:00 AM
All vendor vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the festival area
6:30 - 11:00 AM
Finish Line Festival
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Vendor teardown
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
✓ Booths must remain staffed throughout the festival.
✓ Activations, giveaways and products for sale must be approved in advance.
✓ Vendors planning direct sales must notify us before race day so they can be included on our permit application.
✓ Vendors selling food are responsible for securing all applicable licenses and permits.
✓ Accepted vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance and applicable licenses or permits.
