Why the Columbus 10K? I haven’t raced a 10k in a very long time and thought it would be fun to race one at home!
How has training been going/training updates? My training been going well, its mainly been a build for Grandma's Marathon but it will be fun to test my fitness at the Columbus 10K.
What are your goals for the race? My goals for the race are to compete and see where I end up at the finish.
What is your favorite tune up workout/general 10k workout? I'm a big fan of 2-kilometer repeats.
What is your typical race morning schedule? I wake up, eat some toast with peanut butter, have some coffee, and get prepped to race!
You have a hankering for fast food: where are you stopping, and what's your order? That's easy: Cane's box combo with no coleslaw, extra toast, extra Cane's sauce.
